It’s Go Time to provide ultimate student experience

Annual event will feature workshops, information sessions, study resources, and entertainment

The รรอลสำฦต (รรอลสำฦต) will welcome new and returning students next week when it holds It’s Go Time, รรอลสำฦต’s reimagined orientation week, from February 19 to February 22.

The annual event promises to be an immersive experience, providing students with essential information, support services, and offer a host of exciting activities to kickstart their academic journey.

It’s Go Time is not just about the administrative aspects of enrolment and subject information; it's a holistic approach to ensuring students have everything they need to thrive at University. From academic guidance to mental health support, รรอลสำฦต has curated a comprehensive program that encompasses every aspect of student life.

รรอลสำฦต Interim Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic and Student Life) Professor Eileen McLaughlin said It’s Go Time will provide students with a variety of tools to support their academic journey.

“It’s Go Time is an opportunity for students to explore all that UOW has to offer, both academically and socially,” Professor McLaughlin said.

“From academic support to fun-filled activities, It’s Go Time sets the tone for the rest of the academic year and helps students feel welcomed and integrated into the university community.

“The transition to university can be daunting, which is why we've put extra emphasis on providing the right support services and initiatives to help students navigate through their academic journey successfully.

“This year's event is all about creating a vibrant and inclusive environment where students feel supported, connected, and ready to begin their academic journey.”

The week-long event will feature informative sessions on academic programs, study resources, and campus facilities, ensuring that students are well-equipped to make the most of their time at UOW. Additionally, there will be a range of workshops and seminars focused on enhancing students' skills for personal development and promoting overall well-being.

รรอลสำฦต has organised a range of entertaining events and activities, including live music performances, cultural showcases, sports tournaments, and social gatherings. These events provide students with the perfect opportunity to unwind, socialise, and build new friendships.

Students can explore and join campus clubs and societies, seek academic advice, or simply enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.
