Nationwide, employer satisfaction was rated highest for graduates from the รรอลสำฦต

The national survey of Australian employersโ€™ satisfaction released today (Tuesday, 1 February 2022) shows the รรอลสำฦต (รรอลสำฦต) produces graduates with the skills and qualifications that employers need.

found that employersโ€™ overall satisfaction level with รรอลสำฦต graduates was at 91.7 per cent, securing รรอลสำฦต the top spot among all universities nationally.

This result is an increase in overall employersโ€™ satisfaction levels from last yearโ€™s 89.6 per cent, and a big nod to the Universityโ€™s overarching goal to provide the education that offers the best start in life.

In 2022, employers reported the highest overall satisfaction with engineering and related technologies graduates (at 90 per cent). Supervisors also reported above-average satisfaction with health graduates (at 89 per cent), architecture and building graduates (88 per cent) and education graduates (87 per cent).

รรอลสำฦต Vice-Chancellor Professor Patricia M. Davidson welcomed the results with delight.

โ€œWeโ€™re so delighted to receive this news and are exceptionally proud of our students and staff. รรอลสำฦต provides graduates with the knowledge, skills and competencies to thrive, and this is demonstrated in our stellar alumni.โ€

โ€œI canโ€™t tell you how welcome this news is following the challenges of the pandemic. What a great way to start 2022,โ€ Professor Davidson said.

รรอลสำฦต prides itself on an abundance of initiatives that help students hone their professional skills and workplace readiness while undertaking studies.

One of such programs is its signature รรอลสำฦตx program, which motivates young people to get involved in university-recognised co-curricular opportunities โ€“ from projects to campaigns and workshops โ€“ allowing them to grow and thrive beyond the classroom.

รรอลสำฦต also encourages student-led entrepreneurship initiatives through its strong industry connections and a broad range of international study abroad destinations.

ABOUT THE SURVEY

The annual QILT Employer Satisfaction Survey measures how well graduates from Australian higher education institutions meet employersโ€™ needs. The report asks supervisors to rate their satisfaction with the performance of graduate employees in their workplace across five key skills areas: Foundation skills, Adaptive skills, Collaborative skills, Technical and Employability skills. The results indicate graduatesโ€™ readiness for the workplace.
